Operating in several countries, we take privacy regulations very seriously. We are committed to make our privacy policy compliant with various privacy rules around the globe, including but not limited to The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), The EU Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulation(PECR), France’s Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés, China’s General Data Protection Law and Taiwan’s Personal Information Protection Act.

 

This page is especially addressed to natural person outside our organization with whom we interact by website, though personal correspondence such as emails or letters, in person or over the phone, including individual clients, representatives of client organizations, visitors to the website we operate (https://asiallians.com), and other users of our services (together, “you”). Please note that the notice however does not apply to, and we are not responsible for, any third party websites which may be accessible through links from our website.

 

In this Policy Notice, ASIALLIANS, as the data controller, will explain our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information about you, and your rights in relation to that information in plain English. We have an excel table gathering all ASIALLIANS contacts and it is used with Campaign Monitor to send out our newsletters, in a way which compliant to GDPR and applicable privacy law. If you no longer wish to receive our email or communications, you may opt-out of receiving them at any time by following the instructions included within each email, or by contacting us.
